Te Ara Hauāuru - Northwest Busway - Westgate Bus Station main works to begin

Main construction is about to begin on a new bus station at Westgate,Auckland following the awarding of a contract to Built Environs.

The new bus station will be at the heart of the northwest public transport network, connecting customers with local and express services to and from the city centre as well as around the north west.

The station is a key part of the Te Ara Hauāuru - Northwest Busway project which will deliver a busway alongside Auckland's State Highway 16 (SH16) from Brigham Creek to the city centre.
